Rich Tallman – President

Rich started working at Al Turner Excavating in 1975 as a laborer and equipment operator. After graduation from SUNY Delhi with a degree in Civil Technology, he started working full-time as a job supervisor and estimator. In 1984, Rich helped start Reddy Construction with his father and uncles. Since that time he has worked in the field, the shop and the office, learning every facet of the business. In 2009, Rich took over as president.

Dave Tallman – Secretary

Dave started his career in his own landscaping company in the 1980’s while attending St. John Fisher College for business administration and accounting. After that he was an operator for Reddy Construction for over ten years before turning in his hard hat to work as an estimator and purchaser.

Ken Turner – Treasurer/Job Foreman

Ken has over 20 years of experience in the field, first as a crew member and now as a project foreman. He has managed countless projects from day one through to completion. He has also overseen the snow plowing operation at Marketplace Mall since the mall was built.  He has a reputation for hard work – if his crew shuts down because of bad weather, you know it’s BAD!

Cathy Beich – Office Manager

Cathy started working in the shop in the 1970’s. After graduation from Roberts Wesleyan College, she started full-time at Al Turner Excavating as a bookkeeper. In the early 90’s she started working at Reddy Construction, first in purchasing and estimating, and since 1995, as the office manager.
